Scheduled - This is a planned maintenance for a datacenter migration of our production environment to new and updated infrastructure.

During the maintenance, there will be a brief availability interruption of service when the core databases are switched over.

In addition, over the course of the maintenance work, there may be delays in the response times of the Kognitiv services. Users may lose their session and have to log back into the Hotel Manager. Full availability will be restored upon completion of the maintenance work.

We recommend that you do not change any data in the Hotel Manager while maintenance is ongoing.
